AI Interview Platform
InterviewFi provides an AI-powered interview practice and assessment platform. Users can conduct mock interviews, receive AI-generated feedback, and access resources to improve interviewing skills.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Platform Evolution
We continuously improve our platform. Features may be added, modified, or removed as we enhance the Service.
3. User Accounts
Account responsibilities and security
Account Creation
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security
You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Account Types
We offer different account types (Individual, Recruiter, Enterprise) with varying features and pricing. You must use your account type as intended.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Activities not allowed on our platform
Harmful Content
You may not upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonation
You may not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
System Interference
You may not upload malware, interfere with the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
Cheating & Fraud
You may not use the Service to prepare fraudulent interview responses or misrepresent your qualifications to potential employers.
Scraping & Automation
You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service without our prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
Rights and ownership
Our Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by InterviewFi (Linsible Technologies) and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain rights to content you submit. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with providing the Service.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
Trademarks
"InterviewFi," our logos, and other marks are trademarks of Linsible Technologies. You may not use them without prior written permission.
6. Payment & Credits
Billing terms and refund policy
Pricing
All platform actions consume credits at published rates. We may change credit pricing with reasonable notice.
Credit Purchases
Credits are purchased via one-time recharge. There are no recurring subscriptions. Credits never expire.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time credit purchases. After this period, fees are generally non-refundable.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices may exclude taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that use of our Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.
AI Limitations
Our AI provides suggestions and feedback based on patterns and data. It may not always be accurate or appropriate for every situation.
Liability Limitation
IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERVIEWFI BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
8. Dispute Resolution
How we handle disagreements
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court, except for small claims court matters.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or arbitrations.
